Caramel Apple Grapes (w/PEANUTS)

salted peanuts, finely crushed
In a small saucepan, over medium-low heat, combine caramel & cream. Stir until melted.
Reduce heat to lowest setting just to keep warm. Insert toothpick into grape, dip into caramel sauce and then into crushed nuts.
Place on parchment paper to set. Repeat until all grapes are complete.
