Soften cream cheese and stir in the taco seasoning, then add jalepenos and olives. Mix well.
Spread the cream cheese mixture onto one flour tortilla at a time, and this is where you can "choose your appetizer shape". One tortilla can be rolled up and sliced, or, sandwich the mixture between 2 tortillas, chill a little and then cut into wedges with a pizza cutter. I've done it both ways, and they are equally quick and easy. I chill them before cutting when using the sandwich technique because the cream cheese tend to squish out if you don't. Enjoy!
