Spicy Sausage Dip

- (8-oz each) cream cheese
- 2 1/2 pt
- sour cream
- 1 can(s)
- (12-oz) jalapeno peppers, diced
- 2 lb
- hot sausage, cooked (i use hot italian)
- 2 can(s)
- diced tomatoes (i use 10-oz each, rotel)
- red bell pepper, diced
1Cook the sausage with the red pepper. Remove from heat; drain. Add the rest of the ingredients and serve warm with crackers, corn chips, or bread cubes.
2Note: The spiciness of this dip can be controlled by the amount of jalapenos that are used. Also, if you don't want as much spice, you can use regular diced tomatoes, rather than the Rotel tomatoes.
3Note: To make this a little more healthy, I have used low-fat cream cheese and low-fat sour cream. I have not noticed any difference in taste.
