Ingredients For reuben dip

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 12 oz
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 8 oz
    corned beef, minced (i use 4-2 oz. packages of buddigs)
  • 15 oz
    can of sauerkrat, rinsed and squeezed
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown spicy mustard

How To Make reuben dip

    Mix all together and bake at 250 until cheese melts--about 35-45 minutes.

    Serve with crackers or rye crisps. (Rye Triscuits are good)
