Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 12 ounces shredded swiss cheese
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces corned beef, minced (i use 4-2 oz. packages of buddigs)
- 15 ounces can of sauerkrat, rinsed and squeezed
- 1 tablespoon brown spicy mustard
How To Make reuben dip

Step 1Mix all together and bake at 250 until cheese melts--about 35-45 minutes.

Step 2Serve with crackers or rye crisps. (Rye Triscuits are good)
