Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 12 ounces shredded swiss cheese
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces corned beef, minced (i use 4-2 oz. packages of buddigs)
  • 15 ounces can of sauerkrat, rinsed and squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon brown spicy mustard

How To Make reuben dip

  • Step 1
    Mix all together and bake at 250 until cheese melts--about 35-45 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Serve with crackers or rye crisps. (Rye Triscuits are good)
