Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
12 ounces shredded swiss cheese
16 ounces sour cream
8 ounces corned beef, minced (i use 4-2 oz. packages of buddigs)
15 ounces can of sauerkrat, rinsed and squeezed
1 tablespoon brown spicy mustard

How To Make reuben dip

Step 1

Mix all together and bake at 250 until cheese melts--about 35-45 minutes.

Step 2

Serve with crackers or rye crisps. (Rye Triscuits are good)
