You shape this into a pumpkin and put crackers around it and it is so tasty and a asset to your appitizer table

Ingredients

16 oz
shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz
pkg.cream cheese softened
8 oz
container chive & onion cream cheese
2 tsp
paprika
1/2 tsp
cayenne pepper
1
honey-wheat twist pretzel
parsley leaves or celery top
assorted crackers

Step-By-Step

1In a medium bow, combine chesses and spice. Cover and refrigerate for four hours. Shape mixture into a ball. Lightly press into a pumpkin shape(with side of your hand, indentations to make it look like a pumpkin> smooth surface with a spreader knife. Press pretzel and parsley into top of cheese ball for pumpkin stem and leaf. Serve with crackers
