Olive Nut Spread

This recipe is terrfic addition to any party. The spread is best when it is allowed to chill for several hours.

Ingredients

6 oz
softened cream cheese
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1 c
salad olives (green, drained and chopped)
1 1/2 c
pecans, chopped
2 Tbsp
olive juice
dash
black pepper

Step-By-Step

1With fork, mash cream cheese and mayonnaise together.

2Add chopped olives and pecans, stir to combine.

3Add 2 Tbls of the reserved olive juice and a dash of black pepper - NO salt. Mix together.

4After spread has chilled, serve with crackers.
