Olive Cheese Ball

One of my favorites to serve at Christmas Holidays.

2 pkg
cream cheese, room temp
2/3 c
chopped pimento stuffed olives
1 tsp
seasoned salt
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1 c
chopped pecans, parsley, or walnuts


1Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Roll the mixture into a large ball and wrap in wax paper.
2Put in the freezer for 45 minutes. Remove from freezer and wax paper and roll in chopped pecans, parsley, or walnuts.
