Pour this egg mixture over the first layer of cheese. Then put the other 1/2 of the cheese on top of the egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Leslie, If I make this for gifts for Christmas does it have to be refrigerated and how many days before Christmas day could I make it? Will it be good for a couple of days or served best right after it's made? Thanks

Hi Kim, sorry for taking so long getting back to you. Yes I think you could make it a week or so ahead of time and it should be fine in the frig. Usually whenever I make it it is gone within the day as my hubby loves it so much!
