Horseradish Cheddar Pub Cheese

We love the pub cheese at Trader Joe's but didn't want to drive to get it so I hopped in the kitchen to see if I could recreate it. A friend says she likes this one better. We like the strong horseradish taste but adjust all the seasonings to your preference.

I love cheddar, horseradish AND dip, so I was hopeful that Stephanie's recipe would be as good as it sounded... and turns out it is! This would be a great (and addictive!) choice for your next get-together.

Ingredients

8 oz
softened cream cheese
4 c
sharp chedder cheese, grated
1 Tbsp
mustard
3 Tbsp
horseradish
1/2 c
stout ale
1 pinch
cayenne pepper
Tbsp
vinegar
2 dash(es)
tabasco
1 pinch
ground black pepper

Directions

Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste.
