stephanie's notes for this recipe:
We love the pub cheese at Trader Joe's but didn't want to drive to get it so I hopped in the kitchen to see if I could recreate it. A friend says she likes this one better. We like the strong horseradish taste but adjust all the seasonings to your preference.

I love cheddar, horseradish AND dip, so I was hopeful that Stephanie's recipe would be as good as it sounded... and turns out it is! This would be a great (and addictive!) choice for your next get-together.

Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste.

this sounds wonderful but, how much cheddar cheese does one use 3 oz. or cups?

I threw a little dried mustard in the second round which made it even better. Enjoy!
