Ham & Pickle Appetizers

My friends and family love these, they are fast and easy to make, and can be made days before and stored in the fridge. I prefer Claussen Pickles for this recipe, and the new Hot & Spicy ones they have are great for these, too.

1 lb
deli ham slices (thick sliced)
1 (8 oz) pkg
whipped cream cheese
1 (24 oz) jar(s)
pickle spears (the crunchier, the better)


1Pat ham slices dry with paper towels.
2Spread ham slices with a generous layer of cream cheese each.
3Top each slice with a pickle spear, roll-up. (Place 4 - 6 toothpicks in roll to hold in place)
4Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut each into 4 - 6 pieces. Serve chilled.
