Using jumbo franks, heat and brown them any way you choose. Once they cool, insert whatever "tool" you can find to make a hollow tube down through the entire frank. Place French onion dip in a ziploc bag. Squish down to one corner of bag, snip off tip of the corner and insert into hollowed out frank and squeeze to fill frank with dip.
Lay a flour tortilla out, spread smashed frijoles on (I "smashed mine in a food processor). Sprinkle Feta cheese. Sprinkle on a layer of crush Fritos (crushed in food processor). Then a layer of Fiesta Jack Cheese. Then place weiner in center. Fold up sides and roll up tortilla. Place in a skillet and fry with your favorite Frying oil.
