Ingredients

1/2 lb
feta cheese
1
small red onion, finely chopped
1 clove
garlic, minced
3 Tbsp
fresh mint leaves, chopped
2 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
2 Tbsp
water

Step-By-Step

1Crumble the feta cheese, then add olive oil, water, onion, garlic and chopped mint leaves and smash until smooth. You can also use an inversion mixer, but I prefer smashing it with a fork because I don't want the onion to become mash!
