Pretty much a staple at office potlucks or Superbowl parties, but my kids love these as a snack too.

Ingredients

4 oz
spreadable chive and onion cream cheese
4 1/2 oz
marinated artichoke hearts, drained & finely chopped
4 oz
diced pimentos, drained

flour tortillas, 8 or 10 inch size (try a flavored one like sun dried tomato)
6 oz
deli ham sandwich meat, thinly sliced
4 oz
provolone cheese, thinly sliced

Directions Step-By-Step

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, artichokes and pimentos; mix well. Spread mixture on one side of tortilla.

Layer each tortilla with ham and cheese. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Slice into 1 inch pieces. Serve.
