Cheesy Roasted Pepper Dip

- 1-8 oz. pkg
- cream cheese, room temp
- 1 c
- sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pkg
- ranch dressing/dip mix
- roasted red pepper (from the jar)
1Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl.
2Mince roasted red pepper and add to the mix.
3Refrigerate for about 1/2 hour to let flavors marry. If you like, add a few dashes of hot sauce.
4Serve with crackers, chips or veggies. YUM!
