Cheese and Garlic Pita Wedges

2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1/3 cup (1 1/2 oz) grated parmesan cheese
Split pita bread in half,cut each half into 4 wedges.
Mix butter, garlic and basil, brush over cut side of bread wedges, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Place in single layer on oven trays. Bake in moderate oven (350) for 10 minutes or til crisp. Makes 32 wedges.
