Cheese and Garlic Pita Wedges

- 4 white pita bread
- 4 oz. butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1/3 cup (1 1/2 oz) grated parmesan cheese
1Split pita bread in half,cut each half into 4 wedges.
2Mix butter, garlic and basil, brush over cut side of bread wedges, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
3Place in single layer on oven trays. Bake in moderate oven (350) for 10 minutes or til crisp. Makes 32 wedges.
