Brewfest Cheese Spread
|8 oz||cream cheese|
|2 tsp||dijon mustard|
|2 1/2 c||sharp shredded cheddar cheese|
|2 Tbsp||heavey cream|
|1/4 tsp||of your favorite hot sauce|
|1/4 c||of ale ( like samuel adams )|
|2 Tbsp||chopped fresh parsley|

Octoberfest is almost here again this year and this will be a great appetizer. Serve with mustard pretzels or crackers.
Combine cheese, mustard, cream, hot sauce, and salt in a food processor.
Then start processing for about 30 seconds and then slowly add the beer in continuing till it very smooth.
Next pulse in the parsley till mixed in. Chill for a few hours.
Can be stored in the frig for up to 4 days. But you will eat it all by then like we did!You will want to take it out of the frig about a half hour or more before you serve it.
