Ingredients
| 8 oz | cream cheese |
| 2 tsp | dijon mustard |
| 2 1/2 c | sharp shredded cheddar cheese |
| 2 Tbsp | heavey cream |
| 1/4 tsp | of your favorite hot sauce |
| 1/4 tsp | salt |
| 1/4 c | of ale ( like samuel adams ) |
| 2 Tbsp | chopped fresh parsley |

Directions
Combine cheese, mustard, cream, hot sauce, and salt in a food processor.Then start processing for about 30 seconds and then slowly add the beer in continuing till it very smooth.Next pulse in the parsley till mixed in. Chill for a few hours.Can be stored in the frig for up to 4 days. But you will eat it all by then like we did!You will want to take it out of the frig about a half hour or more before you serve it.
