Brewfest Cheese Spread
|8 oz||cream cheese|
|2 tsp||dijon mustard|
|2 1/2 c||sharp shredded cheddar cheese|
|2 Tbsp||heavey cream|
|1/4 tsp||of your favorite hot sauce|
|1/4 c||of ale ( like samuel adams )|
|2 Tbsp||chopped fresh parsley|

DirectionsCombine cheese, mustard, cream, hot sauce, and salt in a food processor.Then start processing for about 30 seconds and then slowly add the beer in continuing till it very smooth.Next pulse in the parsley till mixed in. Chill for a few hours.Can be stored in the frig for up to 4 days. But you will eat it all by then like we did!You will want to take it out of the frig about a half hour or more before you serve it.
