1/4 lb
blue cheese
1 1/2 lb
cheddar cheese
1 can(s)
beer, chilled
1/2 tsp
1 tsp
dry mustard
2 Tbsp
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
dash of tabasco

Directions Step-By-Step

open can of beer and calm. Crumble blue cheese in large bowl. Add grated cheese. Mix all ingredients byt beer. Gradully add beer and beat until creamy. Refrigerate and serve with crackers.
