Ingredients

1/4 lb
blue cheese
1 1/2 lb
cheddar cheese
1 can(s)
beer, chilled
1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
dry mustard
2 Tbsp
butter
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
dash of tabasco

Step-By-Step

1open can of beer and calm. Crumble blue cheese in large bowl. Add grated cheese. Mix all ingredients byt beer. Gradully add beer and beat until creamy. Refrigerate and serve with crackers.
