- 8oz block of swiss cheese
- 8oz block of cheddar cheese
- 8oz block or pepper jack cheese
- 8oz block of colby jack cheese
- 1 stick

- black pitted olives
- 1 bottle
- submarine dressing
1Cut cheese blocks into three pieces the long way. Then cut into cubes.
2Slice pepperoni at least 1/4 inch thick, cut slices into 4 pieces.
3Drain olives, add to cheese and pepperoni.
4Use about 1/3 of the bottle of submarine dressing and pour over the cheese, pepperoni and olives and mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
