Several years a;o my neighbor saw all of the cucumbers that I was growing in my garden and asked if I liked cucumber pickles. OH, Yes, I do, she gave me this recipe. Everyone who has eaten them, loves the freshness. They are good for several days/weeks, won't spoil and stay pretty crispy.

Ingredients For refrigerator pickles

6 lgcucumbers

1 conion, sliced thin

1 tspcelery seed

1 Tbspsalt

1 cvinegar

1 1/2 csugar
How To Make refrigerator pickles

1Combine vinegar, salt & sugar and heat to dissolve. Let cool!

2Pour over thinly sliced cucumbers, onion and spices

3Store in refrigerator. May be eaten the next day. Delicious!
