- large onion
- 1/2 lb
- ground pork
- oil, to fry
1Boil potatoes until they are fork tender. Drain and then peel and mash into a smooth paste.
2Finely dice the onion, and sauté in oil until translucent, about 5 minutes.
3Add the ground pork to the skillet, and sauté until cooked through. Add in the potatoes, and stir constantly until the potatoes are golden. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
