Ingredients For griby marinovannye (russian marinated mushrooms)

1 lbmushrooms (any kind)

1/2 clemon juice

1/2 colive oil (or olive and corn mixed)

2green onions, thinly sliced

1/4 ccup parsley, chopped

1medium garlic clove, finely chopped

3/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper

1/4 tsppaprika
-
2 - 3bay leaves
How To Make griby marinovannye (russian marinated mushrooms)

1Mix mix all marinade ingredients together except the paprika, which should be added at the end.

2Add to mushrooms and mix to coat well.

3Stir the mushrooms around every few hours - leave overnight in the refrigerator, or at least leave them to marinate for about three hours. The longer the better, they improve day by day.

4Sprinkle with the paprika before serving.

5Note: olive oil may get hard in the refrigerator. Before serving keep at room temperature for a few minutes and stir for the oil to melt.
