mini sweet peppers
8 oz
cream cheese
6 oz
cheddar, grated
1/2 tsp
red pepper flakes

hot & spicy brat links, casing removed

NOTE: The amount of peppers this recipe stuffs will vary depending on the size of the mini peppers.

Remove brats from casing and cook while breaking apart. Allow to cool.

Allow cream cheese come to room temp. Grate cheese and mix with cream cheese along with red pepper flakes and crumbled sausage.

Cut the tops off the peppers long ways. Stuff with cheese and brat mixture till heaping.

Smoke about 45 min at 225°. You can also grill with indirect heat of cook in the oven. 350° for about 20-30 min. You can cook longer or less depending on the texture you want your peppers to be.
