Spicy Brat stuffed peppers
mini sweet peppers
red pepper flakes
hot & spicy brat links, casing removed
1NOTE: The amount of peppers this recipe stuffs will vary depending on the size of the mini peppers.
2Remove brats from casing and cook while breaking apart. Allow to cool.
3Allow cream cheese come to room temp. Grate cheese and mix with cream cheese along with red pepper flakes and crumbled sausage.
4Cut the tops off the peppers long ways. Stuff with cheese and brat mixture till heaping.
5Smoke about 45 min at 225°. You can also grill with indirect heat of cook in the oven. 350° for about 20-30 min. You can cook longer or less depending on the texture you want your peppers to be.
