5 cheese roasted red pepper spread
With our vacation coming up this next week, I’ve been scrambling trying to prepare everything before we leave Sunday. So I was very excited when I was asked to prepare a bread spread to accompany the french baguettes we had. I let my husband make the final call and he wanted a roasted red pepper spread – one of our very favorite flavors!

Ingredients
- 1 jar roasted red bell pepper, diced (about 1/2 cup)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon grated paremesan cheese
- 1 cup triple cheddar cheese blend
- 2 - french baguettes
How To Make 5 cheese roasted red pepper spread

Step 1Beat cream cheese until nice and fluffy.

Step 2Add the pepper, Parmesan cheese, and cheese blend and mix until well combined.

Step 3Chill the spread in the refrigerator while you prepare the baguettes. The longer it has to chill, the better.

Step 4Toast the baguettes in the oven for 8-10 minutes.

Step 5Once they are done, slice away and serve!
