Ingredients

250 g
flour
1 tsp
bake powder
2 medium
egg yolks
150 g
butter
2 Tbsp
water
400 g
preserved tomato cubes
1 medium
onion
5 clove
garlic
1 tsp
balsamic vinegar
100 g
black olives without kernels
100 g
anchovis
1 pinch
black pepper
1 Tbsp
rosemary
1 pinch
sugar

Step-By-Step

1Mix in a robot,butter,egg yolks,bake powder and water,till,is a dough.Pu a little,in the fridge.
2Mix tomato cubes,oil,chopped onion,and,minced garlic,balsamic vinegar,sugar,and black pepper,and,boil.Set aside.
3Heat the oven.
4In a smeared tray,lay the dough,put the tomato sauce,black olives,anchovis,rosemary,and,bake.
