Ingredients

1 c
butter, melted
2 clove
garlic, minced
1/2 c
fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp
paprika
1 dash(es)
cayenne pepper
1/2 c
dry sherry
2 c
soft bread crumbs
4 lb
medium cooked shrimp

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

To the melted butter, add garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne pepper, and sherry. Mix well. Add bread crumbs and toss.

Place shrimp in an 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Spoon the butter mixture over the shrimp.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until crumbs are brown. Sprinkle with additional chopped parsley before serving.
