Ingredients For sharon's light shrimp spread

  • chill time, not included in prep time
  • 1 pkg
    (8 oz.) light cream cheese (neufchatel), softened
  • 3 Tbsp
    light mayonnaise
  • 1 can
    (4.5 oz.) tiny shrimp, drained. also chopped, if desired.
  • 2 tsp
    minced onion or onion juice equal to the onion amount (check label)
  • 1/2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • seasoned salt to taste
  • white pepper to taste
  • serve with crackers and celery sticks

How To Make sharon's light shrimp spread

    In a bowl, combine softened light cream cheese and light mayonnaise well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover, and refrigerate 2-3 hours, for flavors to meld. Serve with crackers and celery sticks.
