Ingredients

1 box
jiffy cornbread mix plus milk and egg per directions or your favorite mix
1 c
chopped hot dogs
2 Tbsp
chopped jar jalapenos
shredded cheddar cheese

HONEY MUSTARD

storebought

OR

1/4 c
yellow mustard
1/8 tsp
honey

Step-By-Step

1Mix cornbread with milk and egg. Will be a little lumpy still. Let rest for 5min.
2Stir in chopped hotdogs and Jalapenos.

Fill mini cupcake pans with or without liners.
3Bake at 400 for 4min. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese place back in oven for another 2min.

Serve with honey mustard.
