I use this butter for chicken,steak,salmon,roasted potatoes,and vegetable.

Ingredients

2 lb
butter
1/2 c
garlic minced
1 bunch
parsley finely chopped
1/2 Tbsp
salt
1 tsp
black pepper

Step-By-Step

1Pull butter 30 minutes prior to slightly soften
2Combine all ingredients in mixer bowl.
3Blend on lowest speed for 15 minutes. Stop mixer and scrape sides 3 times.
4Using a spatula place prepped butter in plastic container,
5Refrigerate immediately.
