I can cook shrimp a billon different and Bubba and I would never get tired of it. We eat mostly fish, chicken and seafood of some sort now that we are older.

Stove Top

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
cleaned shrimp
1/2 stick
butter
2 clove
garlic minced
1 can(s)
frozen coconut milk
1/2 c
pineapple chunks
green onion tops, chopped

Directions Step-By-Step

Place butter in a large skillet. Add garlic and shrimp, sauté shrimp about 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp are white in color.

Add the coconut milk, and pineapple chunks cover and simmer on low heat about 10 to 15 minutes.

Add chopped onion tops just before done.

Serve over cooked rice
