Blue Ribbon Recipe

Notes from the Test Kitchen:
This is going to be a great addition to your next get-together. The sweet roasted red peppers are in every bite. There's a bit of a kick from the tabasco that we loved. If you don't like things spicy, cut back on that a bit. Simple and delicious!

Ingredients

1 pkg
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/3 c
mayonnaise
16 oz
canned lumpmeat crab (remove any shell fragments)
1/3 c
roasted pepper (drained/chopped/from a jar)
1 tsp
onion powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2
large lemon (zest and juice)
1/4 tsp
tabasco sauce

Step-By-Step

1Place all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Mix, by hand, with a large spoon.
2When well mixed, transfer to a crock. Cover and chill well.
3Serve cold with your favorite cracker(s) and/or toast points.
