1Peel the shrimp,and butterfly it. Do this by gently running a knife in the back of the shrimp.
Do not cut all the way through the back.
2Cook the bacon until brown and crisp. remove bacon,and set aside.
Chop the garlic and parsley.
3Remove half the bacon drippings. Add the 5 tablespoons of butter until melted. Add the chopped Garlic,pinch of Cayenne pepper, and shrimp. Cook for a couple minutes on both sides.
4Add the wine,and cook for another 2 minutes. If using a cast iron skillet. Sprinkle the bread crumbs,bacon,and parsley on top. Place under broiler until crumbs are browned,or pour the shrimp/wine mixture in to a small casserole dish. Top with the bacon ,bread crumbs,and parsley. Place under broiler,and brown. Serve
