3-4 lb
chicken wings
1/4 c
soy sauce
1/4 c
dry sherry
1/4 c
honey
1 Tbsp
hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp
orange juice
2 clove
garlic, minced
1
fresh red chile pepper, minced

Directions Step-By-Step

Place wings in crock-pot. Combine soy sauce, sherry, honey, hoisin sauce, orange juice, garlic and chile pepper in a medium bowl; Pour over wings. Cover, cook on low 3-3 1/2 hours or on high 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Makes 6-8 servings.
