wonton wrappers
3 Tbsp
peanut butter, creamy
3 Tbsp
water
2 Tbsp
lime juice
2 Tbsp
rice vinegar
1 Tbsp
honey
2 tsp
chili garlic sauce
2 Tbsp
sesame oil
1/2 c
sliced almonds
2 Tbsp
chopped green onion
1 c
diced ,cooked chicken breast meat

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly spray 24 mini muffin cups with cooking spray.

Press wonton wrap into each cup, then spray lightly with cooking spray. Bake 8-10 minutes or until light brown and crisp.

Mix together peanut butter, water, lime juice, vinegar, honey, chili sauce and sesame oil until well blended.

Stir in almonds, onions and cooked chicken. Divide filling between cups and serve.
