brown sugar, firmly packed
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Put all nuts in a medium bowl. Whisk the egg white. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture and toss to coat. Stir until well mixed.
Spread nuts in a single layer on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 300 degrees for 18 - 20 minutes or until golden brown. Stir once. Cool. Store in an airtight container.
