Ingredients

4 lb
neckbones
5 c
water
1 Tbsp
creole seasoning
1 tsp
kosher salt
1 Tbsp
accent
2 Tbsp
white vinegar
1 tsp
garlic pepper seasoning
1 slice
whole onion

Step-By-Step

1Season the neck bones and put in a pot with 5 cups of water.
2Slice the onion up and add to the pot. Allow the pot to come to a boil and then bring it to a low simmer.
3Cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, adding water when needed.
