I been cooking my hams but when I added the La traditional de salgado to my ham it enhance the flavor. My cousin husband people send him a lot of it and one Christmas, we went to see them and he gave us some. You can even dip your apples wedges in it. Its good. Thanks Josue.

Ingredients

7 lb
spiral pork ham
4 Tbsp
la tradicional de salgado
1 c
light brown sugar
1/2 c
butter, melted butter
1/2 c
honey

Step-By-Step

1Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2Wrap alumnium foil around the ham tighty with the fat size up. Allow to cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
3In a sauce pot, put butter, brown sugar, honey, and La tradidional de salgado and stir for 2 minutes. This is preparing the glaze.
4The last 30 minutes, brush the ham every 5 minutes with the glaze.
