Tammy's Smoked Brisket Taquitos
I made them for an all day movie marathon on a rainy day as part of an appetizer buffet. I served a jalapeno ranch sauce but just about any sauce would be great - bbq, queso, salsa.
I hope you give these a try - pulled pork would be great too!

1In a small skillet on medium low heat - heat oil.
2Add corn tortillas one at a time, and cook until softened. Remove and place on paper towels.
3Pat tortillas with additional paper towels to remove excess oil.
4Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add 1/8 cup filling (I just eye it) to end of tortillas. Roll tightly and put seam side down on baking sheet with edges. (If you would like, after rolling taquitos - place in freezer bags and bake when ready - the cooking time will be longer unless you let them thaw)
