No one will be able to tell this is made with ground chuck. Freezes well but tastes better freshly baked. My cousin also gave me this recipe.

Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef chuck
2 tsp
liquid smoke- i use more
1/2 tsp
garlic powder-not salt!
1 c
water
2 Tbsp
morton's tender quick salt

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients in a large bowl till well blended. Form into 2-2" rolls or logs. Wrap in Saran wrap. Refrigerate 24 hours. Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hour on a broiler pan turning frequently with tongs at 300 degrees. Slice and enjoy with sliced cheese and Trisket crackers.
