Here you go girl, I know I said I was going to make this over the weekend…but the juices started to flow and so I did a quick run to Winn Dixie.

This is what I came up with; I hope it not only comes close to what you remember but that you enjoy it!

You’ll taste all the flavors and then at the end just a wee hint of garlic makes it's presents known.

6 ounces crumbled feta cheese { at room temperature }
6 tablespoons whipping cream
4 ounces cream cheese { at room temperature }
1 small garlic clove, grated
1 – 5.3 ounce plain greek yogurt
¼ of a lemon juiced { i use myers lemons but any kind will do }
¼ teaspoon fine sea salt


1Bring the feta and cream cheese to room temperature.
2With a hand mixer put the feta with the whipping cream in a bowl, and let it rip. You’ll want to get this smooth and creamy.
3Add the cream cheese and continue to mix.
4Then grate 1 clove of garlic over the bowl, add the juice of ¼ of a lemon. Continue to mix for a minute.
5Add the yogurt and salt.
6Get cold and serve with French flies…..ha ha ha gotcha…fries….LOL
