1 pkg(8 oz) cream cheese or reduced-fat cream cheese (neufchatel), softened

2 Tbspfinely chopped fresh carrot

2 Tbspfinely chopped fresh radishes

2 Tbspfinely chopped fresh sliced green onions

a drop or two of hot sauce (optional)

1In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; blend well. Serve on other vegetables that aren't listed or crackers or warm, toasted bagels.
