blue cheese, honey & pecan spread
This is a really great spread for the holidays. I also keep some in the refrigerator for a quick satisfying snack.

Makes 1 1/2 Cups Spread - Serves 20
Ingredients
- 4 - french bread loaves, baguettes, cut into 1/3-inch-thick slices (any crusty bread will work)
- 12 ounces treasure cave blue cheese at room temperature
- 2 cups pecans, toasted, coarsely chopped
- - honey
How To Make blue cheese, honey & pecan spread

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2Arrange sliced bread on baking sheet.

Step 3If using a wider style of bread, cut individual pieces in quarters.

Step 4Toast in oven until golden, about 8 minutes. (Can be made 4 hours ahead.)

Step 5Spread Treasure Cave Blue Cheese on toasted bread.

Step 6Sprinkle toasted pecans over each.

Step 7Drizzle each slice lightly with honey.
