Ingredients: 2 Cartons beef broth; 1 Lg 20oz can crushed tomatoes; 1 pkt Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix; 1 lb. beef cubes or beef stew meat. I use Beef Shank (optional); 1/2 head cabbage; 1 med onion; 3 cloves garlic; 2-3 cups fresh or frozen corn; 3-4 carrots chopped; 3 stalks celery; 2 c frozen peas; 2 c frozen green beans; 3-5 yellow or red potatoes cubed
