2 cquick cooking oats

1/3 capplesauce, unsweetened

1egg

1/4 calmond milk

1/4 craisins

1/2 cchopped walnuts

1 tsppure vanilla extract

1 tspcinnamon

1/2 cdark chocolate chips (optional)
How To Make banana breakfast cookies

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.

3Place heaping tablespoons on a parchment lined pan and gently press with a fork. Bake 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned.

4Cool completely. Store in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
