4 lg Navel oranges (peeled)
1/3C Sifted confectioners sugar
1C Finely grated fresh coconut (or 1 can (3 1/2oz) flaked coconut
1/4C Orange juice

Directions Step-By-Step

Remove all outer white membrane from oranges and slice thin crosswise. Layer oranges into a serving bowl, sprinkling with sugar, coconut, and orange juice as you go.Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours. Mix lightly and serve.
