4 c blueberries,fresh
3 c red raspberries,fresh
3 c strawberries, fresh
1/4 c lemon juice concentrate
2 pkg sure gel, powdered
11 c sugar

Directions

Combine the berries and lemon juice in a large kettle-crush the fruit slightly-stir in sure gel.

Bring to a full rolling boil over high heat-stirring constantly- stir in sugar- return to a full rolling boil- boil for one minute, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat-skim off any foam- pour into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space-adjust caps

Process for 15 minutes in a boiling-water bath

11 cups of sugar sound like alot ...I wonder if you could half the sugar with Splenda?

i haven't tried it with splenda yet! 11 cups does sound like a lot but it doesn't taste that sweet
