| 3 c | red raspberries,fresh |
| 3 c | strawberries, fresh |
| 1/4 c | lemon juice concentrate |
| 2 pkg | sure gel, powdered |
| 11 c | sugar |

Directions
Combine the berries and lemon juice in a large kettle-crush the fruit slightly-stir in sure gel.
Bring to a full rolling boil over high heat-stirring constantly- stir in sugar- return to a full rolling boil- boil for one minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat-skim off any foam- pour into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space-adjust caps
Process for 15 minutes in a boiling-water bath
