Mix BBQ sauce with vinegar, red pepper flakes, brown sugar and garlic powder.

Place chicken in crockpot (still frozen is ok). Pour sauce mixture over chicken.

Cook on LOW 4-6 hours.

Ann, I just used plain old white vinegar. I suppose you could use cider vinegar for a different flavor. I buy my sauce at Wal-Mart and Brooksire's grocery stores. I don't know for sure but it might be a southern thing. Happy Eating!!

My son love's Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce! Put this on at 10 a.m. using frozen chicken breast and it was done by 4:30--just in time for my son to eat and head to a basketball game! It was wonderful and I will most definitely be making this again!

I used skinless boneless thighs and they were great.

I made this for my family substituting a different sauce and they all loved it! Making it again tonight for tomorrows dinner, but I am shredding the chicken afterwards for sandwiches. Thank you for a great quick meal for busy moms! :)
