My kids loved this and it was so quick and easy that it became a once a week meal. I still cook this for my grandkids and they love it. It is quick and easy and a great ground beef meal.

Ingredients

2 pounds bags of tater tots
1 pound ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
2 cups grated cheese
1 jar salsa
1 jar green chiles
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper

How To Make nacho tator tot casserole

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the tator tots in a 9x13 light greased pan and place in the oven.

Step 2

In a large skillet mix together the ground beef spices, taco seasoning, salsa, green pepper and onion. Cook until the beef is throughly browned.
Step 3

After beef is browned pull tater tots from oven and spread ground beef over the tater tots and cut the chilles up to cover the ground beef. Cover with the 2 cups of cheese and bake in a 400 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
