I came up with this recipe one day with random things I had in the pantry. Huge hit!!

Step 1

preheat oven to 375. Quarter potatoes rinse and boil until tender.Fry 10 peces of bacon, chop. Drain potatoes pour into baking dish. Pour over alfredo sauce and mix well. top with cooked bacon. bake for 20 min.
