I call these truffles in disguise. Easy to make and yummy in your tummy as my kids say. Once you dip them in the white chocolate you can customize them with any holiday sprinkles to fit your occasion. Enjoy!

These Oreo balls are a classic, delicious treat that is addictive. The Oreo center is rich and gooey. White chocolate candy coating holds in all the chocolate goodness. A delicious treat any time of the year. Anyone can make these simple treats - kids, non-cooks, even bachelors! We opted to drizzle these with a little melted chocolate.

Ingredients For oreo cookie balls

  • 1 pkg
    Oreo cookies (regular size, 3 rows of cookies,18 oz)
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese block (8 oz)
  • 16 oz
    white chocolate almond bark

How To Make oreo cookie balls

  • Oreos crushed in a food processor.

    Add Oreos to a food processor and blend until fine.
  • Combining Oreo crumbs and cream cheese.

    Add cream cheese to Oreo crumbs and blend until dough-like.
  • Ready to chill the dough.

    Chill the mixture for 15 minutes.
  • Dough rolled into balls.

    Then roll into bite-size balls. Chill balls for 15 minutes.
  • Dipping balls into melted candy coating.

    Melt almond bark in a microwave according to package directions. Dip chilled Oreo balls in melted chocolate using a fork so the chocolate can "drip off".
  • Oreo balls setting up on waxed paper.

    Set covered cookie balls onto waxed paper and let set approx. 30 minutes.
  • Drizzling balls with melted chocolate.

    If using sprinkles or decorative sugars do so before the chocolate sets. I usually do a dozen at a time sprinkling after each dozen.
